Library Circulation Policies

Graham Hospital School of Nursing Library borrowing privileges are extended to SON students, faculty, staff and alumni, plus hospital employees, volunteers, hospice association members and other health related institutions and community members with approval of the Director of Library Services, Reference Librarian or Library Assistant.

General Collection 2 weeks with one 2 week renewal
Reserve Materials Overnight after 4 p.m. until 8 a.m. the following day

Charges

Overdue  
General Books & Periodicals = 5 cents per day
Reserve Material & Video Cassettes = 1 dollar per day
   
Lost  
Any item Current replacement cost of item lost
   
Damaged  
Any item The Director of Library Services will determine charges for damaged items, based on the amount of the damage done.
   
Delinquent Charges The Director of Library Services will contact any persons with delinquent fines and/or charges at the end of each term that must be paid prior to registration for the next course. Registration or graduation may be denied until charges are paid or materials are returned.
   

Return Procedure

Return all library materials to the return box at the corner of the reference librarian's desk.
